Straightening Asian Hair
Most people think Asians have very straight hair, this is not true. My client Christina is Chinese-Canadian with more frizzy then wavy hair which she likes to wear below the shoulder. Every morning, this working mother spent 45 minutes smoothing her hair out with a brush and then using a flat iron.
I told her about the virtues of Kerastraight, a product designed to smooth the hair and remove the frizz. The procedure takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the amount of hair and lasts from 2 to 3 months (sometimes up to 4 if using a sulphate free shampoo).
Christina’s husband, an accountant, quickly did a cost-benefit analysis on the morning preparation time saved each morning to the expense of a Kerastraight treatment.
